Ordering
What types of stickers do you offer?
We offer die-cut stickers, kiss-cut sticker sheets, vinyl decals, bumper stickers, window clings, and fully custom packs. All printed on premium, weather-resistant materials.
Can I use my own artwork and branding?
Yes. Upload your dealership logo and brand assets during the ordering process. We accept AI, SVG, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG files. Our team will review your files to ensure print quality.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product type. Our smallest subscription starts at an affordable monthly rate. Check individual product pages for one-time order minimums.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept AI, SVG, PDF, EPS, and high-resolution PNG (300+ DPI). Vector formats are preferred for the best print quality. If you are not sure about your files, our team can help.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
Choose a sticker pack (or build a custom one), pick your delivery frequency (monthly or quarterly), and we autoship on schedule. You are billed automatically before each shipment.
Can I change my subscription after signing up?
Yes. You can change your pack, adjust your delivery schedule, upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No. All subscriptions are month-to-month (or quarter-to-quarter). Cancel anytime with no penalties or fees.
How much do I save with a subscription?
Subscribers save up to 15% compared to one-time order pricing, plus free shipping on every delivery.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. One-time orders ship within 2-3 business days of being placed. Subscription orders ship automatically on your scheduled date.
Is shipping free?
All subscription orders ship free, always. One-time orders may include shipping costs depending on the order size and destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future. Contact us if you have a specific request.
Custom Orders
Can I order a fully custom sticker pack?
Yes. Our Dealer Pack option lets you work directly with our team to build a custom sticker kit with your exact designs, sizes, and materials. Contact us for a custom quote.
Do you offer volume pricing for large orders?
Absolutely. Multi-location dealers and high-volume orders qualify for custom pricing. We also offer net-30 invoicing for qualified dealerships.
Can I get a sample before committing to a subscription?
Contact our team and we can discuss sample options. We want you to see and feel the quality before you commit.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened sticker packs. Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a print defect. Contact us if you have an issue and we will make it right.
What if my stickers arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, contact us within 7 days and we will send a replacement at no charge. Include photos of the issue when you reach out.
